Agape
Tower
The
Agape Tower is over 150 feet tall and was built to house a microwave transmitter for the television broadcast of The Victory Hour. Today it holds a digital communications system for wireless phones. The original microwave was replaced with a smaller unit that is located on the upper roof (over the sanctuary).
The Agape Tower is the most prominent architectural feature of the church and is readily visible from surrounding communities and area retail outlets.
The Tower was dedicated in 1977. At that time, the names of faithful members who had a major role in establishing the church at the Parham Road location were placed on a plaque and mounted onto the Tower itself.
